Using the MyPriceLink Lookup Tool in CollisionLink Shop

The Price Lookup tool can be used to immediately obtain the part's List Price for all participating OEMs without having to access the estimating system or contact a dealer. (Click here for more on using CollisionLink with MyPriceLink.)

Note: MyPriceLink is only available for GM.


To use the Price Lookup tool:

  1. Click the MyPriceLink tab.

  2. Choose the Vehicle Owners State from the drop-down. Note: This will default to the state that displays in your CollisionLink Company Information.

  3. For a more accurate estimate, type the Vehicle Mileage in the provided field.

  4. Type the VIN in the provided field.

    1. If the VIN is not known, invalid, or if MyPriceLink cannot decode it, check the VIN Unknown box and choose the OEMMakeYear, and Model from the drop-down menus.

  5. For a more accurate estimate, choose the Insurance Company from the drop-down.

  6. Type (or copy and paste) the Part Numbers into the provided field. (Separate part numbers with a comma or line return.) Note: A maximum of 25 parts can be entered at one time.

  7. Click Get Price.
  8. Pricing information--as well as the MyPriceLink Quote number--will display to the right. Quote information can be printed or saved as a PDF.

  9. Once a quote number has been generated, you can provide this number to your dealer, allowing them to retrieve the quote and process the order electronically.
