Adding Dealers/Suppliers as Vendors in Mitchell Repair Center

After adding a dealer to your vendor list in Mitchell Repair Center, you will need to link the dealer to their OEC Vendor Name/OEC ID to ensure you can properly import estimate data into CollisionLink Shop. Note: Before adding OEC vendors, you must first set up Mitchell Repair Center integration with CollisionLink Shop.

 To add dealers to your Vendor List in Mitchell Repair Center:

1. Click the Configuration button .
2. Click the Parts tab.
   
3. Click the Vendors option.
   
4. Find the vendor you wish to link to an OEC Vendor Name and click the entry to select it. Note: If needed, add the dealer to your Mitchell Repair Center vendor list by clicking the New button.
5. From the Detail tab, click Summary.
   
6. If the OEC Vendor ID field is blank, click the ellipsis (three dots).
   
7. The OEC Vendor List window will display. Search for the OEC vendor you wish to link to the vendor in Mitchell Repair Center.
   Notes:
   • Checking the Show my Suppliers only box will limit search results to dealers you have already added as a supplier on the CollisionLink Shop website.
   • Change the number of displayed results and navigate between search result pages using the search display settings in the window.
     
8. Click the dealer to select and click OK.
   
9. The window will close and the dealer will display in the OEC Vendor Name field. Click Update.
