Upgrading Your CollisionLink Shop Account to CollisionLink Plus

You can upgrade your CollisionLink Shop account to CollisionLink Plus at any time to access more features. (Learn more about the features available to CollisionLink Plus subscribers.)

Note: If you upgrade your account via an OEC Sales Representative, it can take up to 48 hours to activate your Plus account. During that time, the Upgrade Plan option may still appear in your CollisionLink Shop account. 

To upgrade to CollisionLink Plus:

  1. Once logged in to your CollisionLink Shop account, click Upgrade Plan from the top right of any window.
  2. The Subscription Options window will display. Click Get Started under CollisionLink Plus.
  3. If you are authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your company, click Yes.
    1. Note: If you are not authorized, you will not be able to continue upgrading your account. 
  4. Choose your Title from the drop-down.
  5. Fill in your contact information.
    Required fields include: 
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone number
    • Email address
  6. Click the link to review the Terms and Conditions. If you agree, check the I accept the Terms and Conditions box.
  7. When ready, click PayPal Checkout.
  8. PayPal will open in a new window. Enter your PayPal Email or mobile number in the provided field and click Next.
    1. If you do not have a PayPal account, click Create an Account and follow the prompts to create an account that will be used to pay for your CollisionLink Plus subscription.
  9. Enter your PayPal Password in the provided field and click Log In.
  10. Make sure the correct payment option is selected (bank, debit card, or credit card) and click Agree & Pay.
  11. If successful, a Payment Success window will display.
    1. If you choose to Print Confirmation, your browser's print functionality will launch. 
    2. If you choose to Begin using CollisionLink Plus, you will be returned to your CollisionLink Shop account with access to CollisionLink Plus features. 
  12. If the following message appears under Payment Success, the account is in the process of upgrading. 
    1. If you choose to Print Confirmation, your browser's print functionality will launch. 
    2. If you choose to Go Back to CollisionLink, you will be returned to your CollisionLink Shop as normal. Once the account has finished upgrading, you will receive an email and will have access to CollisionLink Plus features upon your next login.
