CollisionLink Shop Plus accounts can view part availability at your preferred dealership directly from an unsent order. This information is available for all OEMs; however, it is up to the dealer if they wish to share their inventory levels within CollisionLink.
Based on settings set by the individual dealers, you may see any of the following options:
- Numbered quantity on hand, based on stock files uploaded by the dealer:

- Text labels ("In Stock" or "Contact Dealer"):
- In Stock (If the dealer has one or more of the part available):

- Contact Dealer (If the dealer does not have the part in stock):

- In Stock (If the dealer has one or more of the part available):
- No visible inventory, if the dealer chooses not to share it:

Note: If part availability indicates the dealer does not have the part in stock, the dealer may still have the part and CollisionLink Plus may not be updated to reflect this. In these instances, contact the dealer inquire further.
To view dealer inventory:
- Open the unsent order.
- To view your dealer's inventory, review the Avail column.

- Based on the information provided and the quantity required for the repair, choose appropriately from the Request drop-down menus for each part.
