MyPriceLink Overview for Shops

KB Article #3111

MyPriceLink is supported by all major estimating systems:

  • Audatex Estimating
  • CCC ONE® Estimating
  • Comp-Est
  • Mitchell Estimating System
  • Web-Est

How to Get MyPriceLink Pricing

There are two ways for shops to get pricing electronically:

  1. Collision Estimating System integration with MyPriceLink.
  2. CollisionLink Shop.

Getting Pricing Through Collision Estimating System Integration with MyPriceLink

Continue writing estimates as you do today and you will receive the MyPriceLink pricing without any disruption or change to your workflow. You will get real-time MyPriceLink suggested list price through integration between MyPriceLink and major estimating systems.

What has changed is the way your estimating system is receiving suggested list price. The technology enables OEMs to move away from traditional, static price tapes for collision parts and instead, provide real-time suggested list pricing.

Please contact your CES provider if you have questions on the status of their integration with MyPriceLink or changes to their system you may notice if they are integrated.

Getting Pricing Through CollisionLink Shop

CollisionLink Shop is also integrated with MyPriceLink. CollisionLink is a web-based application that enables you to order parts online directly from your dealers.

Current CollisionLink Shop users will continue to send orders the same way it's done today. The difference is when an estimate is imported into CollisionLink, the imported suggested list price from your estimate will be checked with MyPriceLink to make sure you have the latest price.

If you need to use another eCommerce solution to send your collision orders, you can still use CollisionLink Shop to see MyPriceLink prices in one of two ways:

  1. Install CollisionLink Shop.
    • This method allows CollisionLink Shop to read your exported estimates and display the parts with MyPriceLink prices easily without entering the part information on the screen.
    • You can also send the pricing back to your estimating system at the click of a button.
  2. Use the MyPriceLink Price Look-up Tool within CollisionLink Shop (no download required)
    • This method allows you to enter part numbers and view MyPriceLink prices.
    • You would need to copy the pricing information into your CES to complete your estimate.

Benefits of CollisionLink Shop include:

  • View MyPriceLink prices for parts on your estimates.
  • Send pricing changes (if different than your original estimate) back into your CES.
  • Access to automaker parts programs for affordable OE parts.
  • Order OE parts for any make and model from your preferred dealers.
  • VIN-verification to ensure you are ordering the right parts.
  • Keeps your orders organized by job to make it easier for you to track.
  • Organized order notifications help you quickly see what your next steps are.
  • Mobile-friendly so that you can easily access the solution on your cell phones and tablets.
