Used by thousands of shops and dealers nationwide, it gives you access to electronic ordering of competitively priced OE parts with a seamless integration with most estimating systems. CollisionLink also automates and manages automaker parts programs representing many vehicle brands and including more than 78,500 high-volume collision parts that qualify for discounts when shops buy OE instead of equivalent non-OE parts.

- Web-based: Access the solution from anywhere by web browser and smart phones.
- Job View: Stay organized by viewing all orders and notes for a specific repair job.
- Summary Display: Quickly check on order status and next steps needing your attention.
- Easily edit, include, or exclude parts from an order.
- Send your preferred dealer a note or photo to ease communication.
- Save time when responding to quotes with the Quote-to-Order feature in CollisionLink.
- See useful details regarding parts, price, and order status in email notifications.
- Increase your customer satisfaction by proactively alerting them to open recalls on their vehicles, for participating OEMs.
Note: You must have an Estimating System (EMS) or a Business Management System (BMS) to use the CollisionLink Shop/Plus solution. (Shops can use more than one system.)
